Let us help you plan your special event, from Baby Showers to Wedding Receptions and Birthdays to Company Happy Hours.  Sonoma offers beautiful space options with delicious wine and food and sophisticated service without the worry of high room fees and/or high spending minimums.

Pricing depends on the variety of wines selected and amount of food you’d like served.  A cocktail-style event gathering averages 35 dollars per person, for a 2-hour timeframe of selected wine and passed appetizers.  A seated 3-course dinner starts at 50 dollars per person and our sommelier-guided wine and cheese tastings start at 50 dollars.  Room/Setup fees range between 49 and 79 dollars.  We’re happy to assist in menu-planning and creating a custom event outline to fit within your budget.  Our event coordinator can also help with flowers and decorations to booking photo booths and live music.

Upper Kirby


  • Seated – one long table set for 12-20 guests
  • Mix and Mingle – two large tables for food and wine and three small bistro tables up to 25 guests
  • Private Meeting space – set with a 4K LED TV with easy access ports to connect your lap top


  • Ideal for a Reception-style setup, accommodates up to 35 guests combining couch/lounge area, bistro tables and banquet seating
  • the fireplace during the fall and winter months makes for an intimate setting


  • Up to 50 guests combining the bar, multiple tables and couch/lounge area
  • the fireplace during the fall and winter months makes for an intimate setting


  • Up to 125 guests combining the bar, dining, semi-private, private room & the patio if needed




The Heights


  • Celebrate your event overlooking the historic Houston Heights. The intimate rooftop patio seats up to 20 guests and accommodates up to 30 for a reception-style, mix and mingle event.
  • Coupled with a fireplace and neighborhood views this is the spot to make an impression on your party guests.
  • Our rooftop patio is covered by a pergola.  In the event of rain, we will move your event to one of the coordinating areas downstairs depending on the number of expected guests and setup.


  • A semi-private area separated from the bar/lounge by a fireplace and wall of award-winning wines. Reserve this area for a cocktail-style reception for up to 50 guests or a seated lunch or dinner for up to 35.
  • The dining room is adjacent to a patio with a pergola and seating up to 20 – available to reserve in adjacent to the dining room.


  • Combining the bar and lounge area with couches and bistro tables – this space gives ample space for a happy hour gathering and/or cash bar for up to 45 guests.


  • Accommodates up to 20 guests for a seated lunch or dinner. This patio is covered by a pergola and bistro lights.


  • Accommodates groups up to 125 guests. Combining the bar, dining, semi-private, private room & the both patios if needed.
